I have completed my SAP HCM certification, but not able to find a job as a SAP HCM fresher, but I have HR domain exp of 5 years but no SAP exp. Sum one suggested me to go for any real time projects for End to end implementation, kindly let me know how it wil help me to fetch job in IT company
